The collaboration between DSTA and Oracle will enable MINDEF and the SAF to gain access to high-performance, air-gapped, and secure sovereign cloud computing, data management, and artificial intelligence (AI) services in a secured environment. The use of Oracle Cloud Isolated Region will transform the Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) functions of the SAF, and will modernize its digital capabilities with increased scalability and performance.

This collaboration will enhance Lockheed Martin’s ability to train, deploy, and sustain high-performance AI models alongside other leading providers, accelerating AI-driven capabilities in critical national security, aerospace, and scientific applications.
